There are a couple of instructions you need to follow to ensure your opinion is received properly.

Deadline: midnight April 24, 2023 

You must send a copy to Big Basin Water Company AND the California Public Utilities Commission.

It can be physically mailed or sent by email.

If you are against the increase. Send a protest letter. It must include the following:

1.  your reasons for protesting the rate increase.

2. the effect the approval of the increase might have on you.

3.  why you believe the increase is not justified

(BBWC) must respond to all protests 

 

 

If you are in favor of the increase. Send a response letter.

1. include any additional information you think the CPUC could use to make its decision.
