We, the undersigned customers of Big Basin Water Company, write to express our support for the consolidation of Big Basin Water Company with San Lorenzo Valley Water District. San Lorenzo Valley Water District has provided much appreciated emergency assistance time and again to Big Basin Water customers, including a safe filling station, in times of dire need.

While we understand the usage rates of San Lorenzo Valley Water District  are higher than those of Big Basin Water Company, we believe this consolidation will bring significant benefits to our community, including improved water system reliability and compliance, greater operational efficiency, fire resilience, and long-term stability. As customers who depend on safe and reliable water service, we urge the Board to move forward with this consolidation in the best interest of our community.
